Evidence2Practice Ontario is working to develop standardized, evidence-based digital tools and supports that improve clinician and patient experience, clinical outcomes, and care coordination. The first EMR-integrated tool for heart failure is available now for TELUS PS Suite, with tools coming in 2023 for major depression in adults, anxiety disorders in adults, and prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. Versions will also be created for OSCAR and Accuro EMRs.
